My Story

I am an IT project and service delivery expert based in New Zealand who likes to get things done. Above all, I enjoy setting up and running challenging projects and making them fun and worthwhile for team members and customers. My approach is based on my belief in the power of the team and my passion for Agile ways of working and developing people. In addition, I apply pragmatic approaches to complex challenges and strive to make today’s complicated technology simple and understandable.

During my 25 years’ career I have had the privilege to combine my job with my love for travel. I held senior service delivery and project management positions with large financial services organisations, government agencies and ICT services providers in Switzerland, England, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Throughout my career I successfully managed organisational change and outsourcing projects both on the customer and supplier side. I achieved significant savings and increased customer and user satisfaction by improving and automating processes and aligning operations globally. Similarly, I implemented various technology upgrade projects for large organisations with minimal disruption to end users. Above all, I have a proven track record in leading and successfully delivering projects internally within organisations and into corporate and government customers.
